Shipping policy
Below is the policy for UK customers only. Switch to the North America or International stores for relevant information regarding those locations.
WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?
Our shipping operations are handled by the following delivery services:
- Royal Mail (2-3 days Tracked) and its priced at £3.07
- RoyalMail24 (1-2 Days) Tracked - £5.20
- DPD (1-3 days Tracked) and is priced at £8.50
Orders placed before 10am (Mon-Fri) are eligible for same-day dispatch via the selected delivery services.
Orders placed over £49.99 or more qualify for FREE RoyalMail (2-3 days) Tracked shipping within mainland UK.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE PROCESSED?
Our warehouse is located in Felixstowe, and we ship Monday - Friday. Orders usually ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours after the order was placed. Orders placed before 10am Monday - Friday are eligible for same day dispatch.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED?
After your order is processed and packaged, it is collected by RoyalMail or DPD for shipping. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the carrier’s shipping times.
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 working days of placing your order, please email help@the3doodler.com.
Depending on the size of your order, your order may arrive in multiple boxes. The tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email is a master tracking number. When you track your order using the master tracking number, you can view the tracking numbers of all boxes included in your shipment.
